Janet Ballonoff
Janet Ballonoff has over 20 years’ experience in organizations ranging from start-ups to small and medium-sized companies in a variety of industries including enterprise IT, e-learning, and healthcare nonprofits.
She received her BA in English from Bowling Green State University and MBA in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University. Her career has spanned PR, communications, and marketing from events to website development to online demand generation.
With this extensive background, she enjoys working with small businesses and start-ups as an innovative collaborator to make an impact on creating revenue growth.

Jacklyn Budiman
Jacklyn Budiman is our Marketing Communications Assistant. With a thorough understanding of writing and content, she contributes to composing weekly content for the social media platforms that Marketing Strategy Solutions focuses on.
With a background in Screenwriting from Loyola Marymount University, Jacklyn has been keen on transferring her experiences in creating engaging and unique screen content. She continues to write and apply her writing expertise in marketing with our dedicated team.
Editor, Copywriter
Jennifer Joseph
Jennifer began her career in associations, later transitioning to IT, where she excelled in documentation, help desk management, and creating user-friendly guides.
In late 2020, Jennifer started her freelance agency, Reading, Writing, Resume. As a Resume Writer, Editor, Copywriter, and Tutor, she creates blog articles and collaborates with agencies like Marketing Strategy Solutions and Byrdview LLC, offering editorial services for social media, websites, and documentation. Jennifer has been a Tutor for over 20 years and also worked as a Substitute Teacher for MCPS and The Katherine Thomas School.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Maryland.
